HIVE Startup School Opened at Dnipro University of Technology, Ukraine

On September 26-28, 2023, in a creative and innovative atmosphere, the HIVE Startup School Dnipro University of Technology, Ukraine, opened its doors to everyone who has creative ideas for his/ her own business or wants to work in the field of innovation, marketing and entrepreneurship.

The Dnipro University of Technology organized this school together with its partners Bukovinian State Medical University, Ivan Franko Lviv National University (both universities participate in the HIVE project), Ukrainian Startup Fund Sigma Software Group and Sigma Software - Unicorn Labs. During the opening event, the team of leading Ukrainian universities co-operating within the framework of the international project “HIVE - HEI Innovation for Knowledge Intensive Entrepreneurship” (EU Horizon Europe 2021-2027 programme) together with representatives of Sigma Software Group and the Ukrainian Startup Fund  talked about new opportunities for creative and entrepreneurially minded personalities who want to start their own business or work in the field of innovation, marketing and entrepreneurship. Additionally, the participants of this three-day intensive school participated in workshops on digital skills, startups, entrepreneurship and marketing. They could also enjoy ample networking opportunities, benefit from interaction with experts and representatives of the Ukrainian startup ecosystem and upgrade their pitching skills.

During HIVE Startup School, the unique online educational programme “Entrepreneurship: Turning Ideas into Business” developed by the HIVE project consortium was well presented and positioned. This online programme will help young entrepreneurs turn their ideas into successful businesses.
