By using an integrated approach to research and innovation, one of the project’s objectives is to work on ensuring an equal gender balance in the startups and scaleups in the developed programmes, as well as in the equity portfolio. Gender imbalance is an issue in education, research and business sectors, and will be addressed by the communication and dissemination plan as well.
