The Steering Committee of the HIVE project has been established

In October, the Steering Committee of the HIVE project has been established and the Chair of the Steering Committee has been elected.

The Head of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Centre, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague Mr. Martin Brummel was nominated and elected as the Chair of the HIVE Steering Committee on 21 October 2022.

The Steering Committee members:

  • Prof. Dr. med. Andrejs Ērglis – Chair of the Strategic Council, University of Latvia
  • Nuno Mendonça – Vice Rector, University of Coimbra, Portugal
  • Dr. phil. Agrita Kiopa – Vice Rector for Science, Rīga Stradiņš University, Latvia
  • Mariana Tancheva – Director, European Integration and European Projects Directorate, Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bulgaria
  • Mgr. Martin Brummel – Head of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Centre, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Czech Republic
  • Mag. Armin Mahr, MSc. – CEO, Wiener Neustadt University of Applied Sciences, Austria
  • Prof. Dr. Aslihan Salih – Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, TED University, Turkey
  • Jérôme Schatzman – Executive Director, ESSEC Business School, France
  • Dr. med. Mariana Hrytsiuk – Vice Chancellor, Bukovinian State Medical University, Ukraine

The Steering Committee shall meet twice a year during the project implementation. After the end of the project, the Steering Committee shall meat once a year for 7 consecutive years (until 2030). The next meeting will be held in December 2022.
