The EIT's HEI Initiative 2022 Innovation Vision Action Plan (IVAP) Workshop was held in Barcelona, Spain on 5 and 6 July. The workshop was attended by representatives of the HIVE project from Portugal, Czech Republic, Austria, Latvia, and Turkey.

The Workshop was the Initiative’s first in-person event, bringing together project members from Cohorts 1 and 2, as well as EIT HEI Initiative staff, with over 220 attendees.

The HIVE project's five work package leaders attended the workshop.

Participants from the HIVE project included Airita Brenča representing the project leader, University of Latvia (Latvia), Sanem Yalcintas from TED University (Turkey), Elisabeth Ackerler from Wiener Neustadt University of Applied Sciences (Austria), Klára Palasová from Czech University of Life Sciences (Czech Republic), and Patricia Rita from University of Coimbra (Portugal).

The workshop programme included inspiring talks from EIT Urban Mobility Education director Martin Vendel, European Female Founders Forum board member Milena Stoycheva, EIT Manufacturing director of education Paola Fantini, panel discussions involving Cohort 1 projects, collaborative and interactive sessions with group tasks, and networking events.
